Virtu, a series of high quality forged kitchen knives was launched in 2000/2001. Probably one of my most awarded designs. To celebrate 10 years, the series was launched in a gold plated version 2010, followed by a black version 2012 and a even in copper 2014. Still in full production at Ivo Cutelarias Portugal.

The concept name was actually Virtuoso, later shortened to Ivo Virtu.
