My first summer job was creating buttons for furniture.
Lots of buttons.
I was 12 years old and promised myself to never more make buttons ever again.

30 years later I broke that promise, celebrating the round button.
I designed Ritz, an easy chair surrounded by the round shapes.

My Degree project.
In my teenage years I was very focused on music,
I played the drums (still do).
For my degree project in London aged 25,
I wanted to explore the anatomy
of drums and the needs of the drummer.
I created Drum Revolution.
In was very effective on the degree show,
to draw the attention to my corner - by playing.
It even got the attention of ID Design Review of that year.
